Nationwide Fast Delivery

We deliver pure organic products to all major cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopard, Call Courier, Trax).

1. Delivery Timelines

Orders in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad / Rawalpindi are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Orders for other cities and remote towns take 2–4 business days. During sale periods or public holidays, deliveries may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery nationwide on all orders of PKR 2,000 or above! For orders below PKR 2,000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 200 is charged at checkout.

3. Packaging & Purity Protection

Honey, ghee, cold-pressed oils, and other sensitive items are double-wrapped in protective bubble wrap, food-grade seals, and sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure they arrive completely leak-free and in pristine condition.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking number. You can track your parcel live on the courier company's website or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection

For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure the correct cash amount is ready upon delivery. If the outer parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please inspect it in front of the courier rider and contact us immediately.
